If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email (for example, vendas@technorodas.com.br), we may process the data you voluntarily provide in those conversations (name, phone, email, company, technical order details, etc.) to respond and continue support.

2.4. Technical and browsing data

When you access the site, technical data may be recorded automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, access date/time, and preferred language (including site language: Portuguese, English, or Spanish), as needed for operation, security, and experience improvement.
